Kim Kardashian Gets Flour-Bombed On Red Carpet

Kim Kardashian is making headlines again. At a fragrance launch event in Los Angeles on Thursday for her new perfume, True Reflection, the reality starlet was assaulted with a bag of flour.

Kardashian was walking the red carpet at the London Hotel in West Hollywood when someone flour-bombed her. According to the Los Angeles Times, police and authorities were called to the scene.

The assailant — who may or may not be the same person who shouted "fur hag" at the E! star — was taken into custody but later released after Kardashian decided not to press charges. Instead of making a big fuss over the incident, Kardashian went back to the carpet, where she continued to do interviews.

"That probably is the craziest, unexpected, weird thing that's happened to me," Kim told E! News afterward. "Like I said to my makeup artist, I wanted more powder and that's a whole lot of translucent powder right there."

The site also reported that it was Kardashian's publicist who held down the suspect until authorities arrived. Kim's mom, Kris Jenner, laughed off the incident, telling E! News, "If anybody comes at me with something, call security."

In the end, Kim apparently wasn't too upset by any of it. On Twitter, she posted a lighthearted message: "Thx everyone who came last nite 2 support my new perfume True Reflection & the amazing women from Dress 4 Success! Last nite was eventful."

DaLor - "Week 7"

DaLor is a MC/Producer originally from the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. He moved to Jamaica Queens at 8 years old. From a young age he was always extremely artistic. Whether it was drawing or making his own action figures he always was driven to create. When he was 13 DaLor picked up the pen for the 1st time and fell in love with the art of rhyming.

After getting bored with writing to other peoples beats he started making his own. Of course it was a trial and error process. He started using a box turned upside down and a pencil to bang on the box for drums and radio shack tape recorder to tape it. Then he would put an un-chopped sample on it (a set up he laughs and refers to as “Real Tribal”).

As technology grew so did the budding rapper/producer. Experimenting with programs until he developed a unique sound and style that would soon separate him from the “bought an MPC now I make beats” crowd permanently. Then It was pretty much a match made in heaven.

At 18 he was introduced to the game as a producer through Addicted for Life (A4L); Hot 97DJ Absoluts production company. Since then he’s had several underground artists and legends such as AZ and Sauce Money to new heavy weights Like Joel Ortiz on his smooth yet hard drum patterns, original melodies and uniquely chopped samples with deep baselines.
    

Soon he became deeply involved in a lifestyle some would label reckless and foolish for someone who has a vision of themselves being involved in the music business on a serious level. He began to hustle (among other things) to pay for his studio time and equipment and realized that he could make more money on the streets than in the booth. This sidetracked his growth somewhat yet he still pushed thru and evolved his sound to what Some might call alternative. After being convinced and encouraged for years to leave the streets alone by his peers, loved ones and countless supporters of his music; he decided to pursue music full time with no distractions.

The game has alot of “rappers” but not too many artists that wrap themselves into their music like DaLor. Although his street edge is quite evident and unavoidable, the thug persona isn’t his objective. He summed up his take on being an artist and what he wishes to accomplish in his career as simply “I want to give the world something different to listen to throughout their day that isn’t a self absorbed MEFEST and more of just my take on the world in a forward moving progressive way. Without highlighting ignorance or ignoring it..”

Cissy Houston Thinks That Bobbi Kristina And Nick Gordon’s Relationship Is “Incestuous”!!

Cissy Houston — Whitney Houston’s mom — has reacted fiercely to the video we posted Wednesday … showing Bobbi Kristina and Whitney’s “adopted” son Nick Gordon in a romantic grip, and then kissing (below).

Cissy told a close friend, “What they’re doing is incestuous.” Cissy feels her granddaughter has problems and Nick is taking advantage of her.

Although Whitney never formally adopted Nick, she considered him her son and Bobbi called him her brother. For his part, Nick called Bobbi his sister.

Cissy is so concerned that Bobbi has become impressionable and therefore an easy target for Nick, she’s asking the Whitney Houston Estate to take legal steps to get him evicted from Whitney’s home — where Bobbi Kristina is also living.

Oprah's interview with Bobbi Kristina Brown

Oprah Winfrey's OWN cable channel might still be underperforming, but the legendary talk TV host showed in an interview with members of Whitney Houston's family Sunday night that she can still bring it like few others on television.

While Winfrey talked to the late pop singer's brother, Gary Houston, and his wife, Patricia, who was Houston's manager and confidant, the interviewee everyone came to see Sunday was Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown.

Winfrey didn't waste any time getting to Bobbi Kristina, and once she wrapped the teenager in her arms, the feelings and revelations started to flow.

The interview was done in the home of Houston's brother, which is located in Atlanta.  Winfrey was greeted warmly at the door by Patricia Houston, but after a few niceties about the home, the talk show host was asking if Bobbi Kristina was there.

Winfrey was not about to keep her prime-time audience waiting -- this is a woman who understands her audience.

Patricia explained that while Bobbi Kristina lived in the home she had shared with her mother, the 19-year-old was also spending a lot of time in her home as well -- where she and Gary could provide support.

Winfrey got right to it with Bobbi Kristina asking her how she was holding up.

"I'm "doing okay," Bobbi Kristina said, "I'm doing as good as I possibly can"

The teenager was nervous and kept pushing strands of hair out of her eyes, but the nervousness seemed more a matter of being in Winfrey's presence rather than the cameras. Winfrey seemed to understand, and closed the space between them by taking Bobbi Kristina in her arms.

The moment that made the interview such a success came within the first 10 minutes when Winfrey asked if Bobbi Kristina had a "visitation" from her late mother. The talk show host added that some people think "we're crazy" for believing in "visitations," wisely creating a space for Bobbi Kristina to confide intimate details without fear of being judged or considered strange.

"I can hear her voice, you know, and spirit talking to me, telling me, 'Keep moving baby. I'm right here. I got you.' She's always with me,"the teenager said.

"Yeah, 'I got you,' that's what she would say," Winfrey added, like a member of the chorus seconding and encouraging the lead singer to give more.

"I feel her pass through me all the time," Bobbi Kristina said.  "The lights turn on and off, and I go, 'Mom, what're you doing?' I can still laugh with her. I can sit there and I can still talk with her."

Bobbi Kristina doesn't want to keep dad Bobby Brown's name

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina may be inheriting her late mother's vast fortune, but she wants to shed any association with her father - stat.

The 19-year-old is telling friends that she wants to change her name to rid herself of any link to her dad, troubled singer Bobby Brown, as soon as possible, TMZ reports.

According to the site, Bobbi Kristina wanted to change her name to "Kristina Houston" years ago when her parents first split, but her mother didn't allow it at the time.

Now, however, Bobbi Kristina is anxious to make the swap, and is doing so with a "sober mind," according to TMZ.

Brown and Houston married in 1992 and divorced in 2006 after a turbulent marriage riddled with reports of drug abuse and domestic violence.

In her will, the "I Will Always Love You" singer named Bobbi Kristina the sole beneficiary of her estate - leaving her "clothing, personal effects, jewelry, and automobiles, and all insurance policies theron," and to Brown, nothing.

But the conflict between the two is continuing on past Houston's death.

In recently discovered divorce papers, Brown reportedly claimed that he was homeless and sleeping in his car while he paid for Houston's stay in rehab.

"Whitney took Bobbi Kris without my prior knowledge or consent, and moved to Orange County, California, where Whitney received treatment for her drug addiction. ...Although I was having severe financial problems, I did all I could to see my daughter," he wrote in the sworn declaration.

"I came to California to be near Bobbi Kris. I also paid approximately $10,000 for Whitney and Bobbi Kris to live in a nice hotel while Whitney was going through rehab. At the same time, I basically lived out of my car."

The couple had signed a prenuptial agreement, so neither party was obligated to financially support the other.

Houston maintained sole custody of Bobbi Kristina.

Rapper Wiz Khalifa proposed to model and Kanye West ex Amber Rose, and according to hisTwitter feed (and an Instagram photo of the ring), "She Said Yes!"

Rose also tweeted the news with the same photo: "He has made me the Happiest Woman in the World!!!!"

The couple has been the subject of engagement rumors since last fall, setting the record straight at the Grammys in January this year.

"We're not engaged, not yet," Rose told E! News, and Khalifa added, "Not yet, but soon though."

Rose also made headlines in January when she told Star magazine that Kim Kardashian was responsible for breaking up her relationship with Kanye West but then took to Twitter to defend her actions.

"After being asked the same questions over and over in every interview for so long I had to be honest and get this off my chest. I don't lie, I don't embellish I'm not trying to hurt anyone just setting the record straight," the 28-year-old wrote.

Well, it certainly seems that Rose has moved on now, and we wish the couple the best.
