Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorcing
Looks like there was no happily ever after for this “fairytale.” After just 72 days of marriage, Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from Kris Humphries, according to court papers received by EW. (Ryan Seacrest, who serves as executive producer on Keeping Up with the Kardashians, confirmed the news via his Twitterfeed earlier today: “Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few mins.”) The papers, filed Oct. 31, cite irreconcilable differences as to the reason for the split.
Kardashian and Humphries, who were married Aug. 20, aired their grandiose wedding on E! earlier this month with a two-day special. Kim’s Fairytale Wedding has continued to air on repeats on the station since. The former couple also recently appeared on Ellen to renew their vows.
UPDATE: E! has released a statement regarding the split: “All of us at E! are surprised and saddened by this news, and we send our support to Kim and Kris at this difficult time. The Kardashians have always been uniquely open with all aspects of their lives from joyous events to intimate moments to heartbreaking transitions. E! will continue to share the fascinating real lives and larger-than-life existence of this close-knit family.”
UPDATE: Kardashian has released a statement, obtained by EW: “After careful consideration, I have decided to end my marriage. I hope everyone understands this was not an easy decision. I had hoped this marriage was forever, but sometimes things don’t work out as planned. We remain friends and wish each other the best.”

Ms. Cat From Bad Girls Club Dishes On Dating Drake And The Sex In Their Relationship
During a recent interview with Philly’s Hot 107.9, Catya Washington (aka Ms. Cat) from “Bad Girls Club” spilled the beans on her relationship with Drizzy, his sex game, and why they eventually broke things off.

On how she met Drake
We met on the set of “Best I Ever Had.” It was real cool! We sat on the bleachers on set directed by Kanye [West]. Having fun, tweeted each other back and forth–real cool. Never thought it would go anywhere just cool, kicking it. The next thing you know I’m inToronto and we’re having dinner.
He flew me out to Toronto and we started kicking it and liking each other. One flight turned into ten then the next thing you know I got a toothbrush in there and it’s on.
How long did it take for you to get from just dating to a relationship?
Like a month. It was like 0 to 60.
You moved to Toronto?
Yeah, I was actually there and packed up and was like “I’m out….I’m in love.”
Did you meet his mom?
Yeah, she’s a very nice lady.
Did she know you like, “Oh, what’s your name again?” or she KNEW you?
Well, at first it was like that but then it was like, “Oh this hoe is still around, huh? Oh, she’s still here.” After a while it was like, “Hey, Mom!” I’m from Philly and I’m in Toronto now…that’s my boo.
How long did it take you to go from condom to no condom?
That’s assuming there was ever one involved.
On if she was in love with Drake
Of course, it was an awesome relationship. I was in love, he was in love and by the way in the song he said he was in love, so don’t try to switch it up now. I never mentioned you, you mentioned me. It was good. I’m talking family dinners and we in WholeFoods pushing the cart around. It was a regular relationship. I was in love and he was in love but at the end of the day he started getting a little bit too loose. Meaning he pops up in the tabloids with Maliah, trips to Jamaica that I wasn’t invited to or never heard about. I’m from Philly and we don’t go for that.
It’s a problem [when] you had the kind of relationship we had. That was my dude; it wasn’t somebody I was just kicking it with. If you were just kicking it, you can do what you wanna do but I was yours and you were mine.
On if he gave her gifts
He’s a very kind-hearted individual. We traveled a lot and we shopped so of course the price tag got a little expensive. A Car, bills paid..but we were together so it wasn’t like he was tricking.
On if he’s well endowed
He is a phenomenal “peach eater” and he is black and Jewish and the black side is Mandingo.
On why they broke up
Well, we broke up because I wanted to do the Bad Girls Club and that was a whole big issue too. I was like, “I have my own career and I need to move forward to and he was kind of like “I really don’t want you to go on there and embarrass me.” I was like, “Well, you know my career is my career. You know you’re Drake and you’re cool but I need to be cool too. I can’t sit around and try to get pregnant by you and be a baby mama. I need to make a career for myself.”

Matt Barnes announces split with Gloria Govan
In the wake of postponed wedding plans, a dropped domestic-violence charge and reality television show scrutiny, Lakers forward Matt Barnes announced in an emailed statement Monday that he and his fiancée, reality television star Gloria Govan, have mutually parted ways.
"I’d like to address the rumors surrounding mine and Gloria’s relationship," Barnes' statement read. "We have reached the difficult decision of ending our relationship and will be going our separate ways at this time. We will work together to raise our sons and wish each other only the best."
Because Barnes and Govan never married, it remains unclear to what degree they'd share custody of their 3-year-old twins Carter Kelly and Isiah Michael, and whether they'd divide certain assets, including their Palos Verdes home. It also remains unclear if they'd continue working together with Athletes vs. Cancer, a foundation Barnes founded in 2008 that Govan has said raised $225,000 for local cancer-screening programs. Barnes and Govan could not be reached for further comment.
Perhaps the most telling sign regarding Barnes' feelings about Govan came last week during a Twitter exchange with a fan. That person suggested Barnes should marry her or else someone else will. Responded Barnes: "He can have her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Meanwhile, Govan retweeted the following message on Saturday: "If someone is dumb enough to walk away, be smart enough to let them go. RihRih Settles Suit With Photographer David LaChapelle Over Jacking His Steez For “S&M” Video
Rihanna has settled with photographer David LaChapelle after he sued the star, saying raunchy scenes in her “S&M” video were direct copies of his provocative pictures.
LaChapelle alleged that the video copied his poses, lighting, wardrobe and props. He launched a lawsuit against Rihanna and her label, Def Jam, and asked for $1 million in damages.
“I like RiRi,” LaChapelle said when launching the suit earlier this summer. “This is not personal, it’s strictly business. Musicians commonly pay to sample music or use someone’s beats and there should be no difference when sampling an artist’s visuals.”
After Manhattan federal Judge Shira Scheindlin said in July that the surrealist shutterbug “successfully alleges” that the songstress and her video director may have copied his images, now we’re exclusively told Rihanna has settled the case for an undisclosed sum.
Jaret Keller, LaChapelle’s publicist, confirmed Rihanna had settled the case but declined to comment further. He said, “David is happy with the settlement.”
LaChapelle is famous for his surreal and sexualized portraits of celebrities including Madonna, Paris Hilton, Angelina Jolie, Pamela Anderson and Lady Gaga.
His suit argued that the video is “directly derived from and substantially similar to’’ eight photographs he created, including a dominatrix walking a chained man on a leash, a woman in latex headgear and Gaga wearing newspaper headlines.
The court agreed the video’s “pink room scene,” which featured the star dominating a man in front of pink-and-white striped walls, was similar to LaChapelle’s “Striped Face” photograph.

Soulja Boy Arrested With $70,000 of Marijuana And Firearms
Soulja Boy was arrested early this morning for weed possession ... and law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops allegedly found a ton of weed and cash during the arrest.
The 21-year-old rapper -- real name DeAndre Cortez Way -- was popped early this morning by Temple Police Department officers in Temple, GA at 3:15 AM.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Soulja was riding in an Escalade with 4 other men, which was originally pulled over for a traffic violation.
We're told ... during the stop, cops found a "substantial amount" of marijuana and cashinside the vehicle." Soulja and the 4 other men were all arrested. Soulja is still being held in Carrol County Jail.
Law enforcement sources tell us officers also found guns inside the car -- though it's unclear if any of the men had the proper licenses to be in possession of the firearms. We're told an investigation is underway.
One source with knowledge of the situation tells us there was roughly $70,000 in cashand drugs in the car.

Jennifer Lopez Reportedly Spotted Out Coupled Up With Hangover Star Bradley Cooper…Again
After her recent divorce from Mark Anthony, Jenny has been getting around the block with the men folks…this time she has been seen again with Bradley Cooper:
Bradley Cooper was seen in Los Angeles Saturday with a woman paparazzi say is Jennifer Lopez and who our exclusive photos reveal to be a woman who sure looks an awful lot like the American Idol judge. A source close to Lopez says the two spent time together on Saturday. Reps for both did not respond for comment.This isn’t the first time Lopez, 42 has been seen with the Hangover star, 37. The pair had dinner last month at Per Se in New York City but quickly asserted that the meeting was nothing more than just business – but was it? “After their date in New York, Bradley and Jennifer stayed in touch,” says a source close to Lopez. The source also says: “She does like his attention, and it makes her feel good that he seems so into her. Rick Ross a no-show in N.C. after second health scare
Rick Ross did not take the stage as scheduled in Greensboro, N.C., tonight.
A spokesman at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex said the rapper, who suffered seizures in two different incidents on Friday, would not be performing at a homecoming concert tonight, reports the local Fox station, WGHP.
According to the station's website, Andrew Brown said the Coliseum received word of the cancellation around 6:45 p.m.
Ross had a seizure Friday morning on a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Memphis, where he had been scheduled to perform that evening. After the flight made an emergency landing so Ross could be taken to a Florida hospital, the rapper was released and then boarded a private plane to resume his journey to Tennessee. However, he reportedly suffered a second seizure and the private jet landed in Birmingham, Ala., where the performer was taken to a hospital again. No updates on his condition have been reported.
