From The Interns At Jive....
If you asked us how to describe The Intern Showcase, we would simply say Real Music, Real Talent, and Real Entertainment. Not just your weekly open mic or underground shows, The Intern Showcase we develop and shape the artistic culture in New York City. In this digital age, it is important to any artists on the rise to maintain an active online presence and the release of consistent, quality music. The Intern Showcase will help these artists gain exposure to promoters, tastemakers, executives, and general music fans. How does this work?
The show will be held in the city the last week in June 2011. Artists will have the opportunity to network with the various attendees and promote their music, merchandise, etc. We will have a HD video production crew on hand throughout the whole process of the show. We would produce a documentary, more similar to a commercial to promote the event.
This is where the sponsors come into play.With the show we will have a program with profiles of the acts and a listing of all sponsors and donors. We are expecting a big turnout for the first event and the media and press coverage will be even more significant.
