With a motto like ‘Go Hard or Go Home’, its clear that Panama is doing all he can to get a strong grip in entertainment, with no plans of letting go and returning home any time soon. Panama's hunger for becoming a driving force in Hollywood has only been enhanced by goals to become a triple threat in the entertainment industry. He is constantly developing his own brand " Its Panama Baby," and looking to live through people with his words, music or personality. Born in Brooklyn to Panamanian parents, hip hop artist, actor and entrepenuer, Panama has overcome struggles of a broken household and learning to live on his own during his teenage years in Baltimore. He managed to jump start his acting career by being cast in a much coveted role on HBO’s The Wire Season 4. The recurring role allowed him to gain exposure in the acting world, but also allowed him to cut his teeth in hip hop, taking any time not shooting to hit local ciphers and recording studios, battling his way until he was heard. His songs express his experiences and concerns, but the content doesn’t take from the fact that Panama is undoubtedly a great writer and lyricist, especially on top of hard hitting beats behind his flow.
Panama currently has music featured on Music Choice as well as on MTV2 and MTVU’s The Freshman. Panama has displayed his talent for BET Rap City and many other media outlets. His focus and drive flow into his other interests, as well. Not only a hip hop artist, Panama teamed up with the founder of Bmore Creative, a burgeoning fashion line that has been seen on artists such as Method Man, Lupe Fiasco, and fellow cast members Omar and Bubbles from HBO’s The Wire. Panama is definitely a mogul in the making and anything less than that will be disrespectful to this true talent.
